Redondo Beach Dog Park
Closed on Wednesdays before noon.
Large park with both small and large dog areas. No shade.
On the corner of Flagler Lane and 190th in Redondo Beach.
Flagler is in between Prospect and Inglewood Ave.
190th Street can be reached off of PCH or Hawthorne Blvd.
Redondo Beach is West of the 405, west of Torrance, on the
Pacific, several miles south of LAX, and north of Rancho Palos Verdes.

Knoll Hill Dog Park
200-349 Knoll Drive, San Pedro
Top of Knoll Hill, north of the Vincent Thomas Bridge. Take Knoll Drive,
a one-way street that intersects with North Front Street, to the top of the hill. Turn left at Center Street at the top and the park will be at the end of the road, at Viewland Place.
Hours: Dawn to dusk Saturdays and Sundays, although supporters hope to
expand to seven days a week shortly.

Long Beach Dog Park
200-349 Knoll Drive, San Pedro
5201 East 7th St. and relatively close to the San Diego, San Gabriel
River and Garden Grove freeways. If you are: Southbound on the San Diego
Freeway (I-405): Exit Bellflower Boulevard south. About a mile and a
half you'll come to 7th Street where you'll want to turn right. Cross
Pacific Coast Highway and head down the hill. At the bottom you'll find
the entrance to the dog park on your right.

Huntington Dog Beach
Dog Beach is located on Pacific Coast Highway between 21st St.
and Seapoint St. (about 10 miles from Disneyland in Anaheim).

Hellyer Dog Enclosure
Closed on Wednesdays
This is the largest and arguably the nicest
dog park in our area, with trees and grass. There's a water spigot, benches,
picnic tables, a bulletin board, garbage cans and pooper scoopers and
human restrooms nearby at the picnic grounds.
Take Hwy. 101 and to Hellyer Ave., and go west to the park entrance.
There is a $4 car entrance fee or buy a yearly pass for $50.
Alternatively, from Hwy. 101, exit on Yerba Buena Ave. west, turn left
on McLaughlin Ave. and follow it until it become Tuers Rd. Park just off
of Tuers Rd and walk a half-mile trail to the dog-enclosure.

Miyuki Dog Park
This park is at the north end of Miyuki Drive, near Santa Theresa,
in south San Jose (just south of Hwy. 85). This is a pretty small dog park
that is fully enclosed, with a double gate. It has some small trees, a bench,
and doggy bags.
Take Hwy 85 to Cottle Rd, turn left on Santa Teresa, then left again on Miyuki.
Drive to the end of this short street, and the park will be in front of you.

Santa Clara Dog Park
This is at 3450 Brookdale Drive, on a corner of the Challenger School grounds.
There's a water spigot, bulletin board, garbage cans, and doggy bags.
There are benches, a picnic table, and trees.
It's between Lawrence Expressway and Kiely on the West and East, and Benton and
Homestead on the North and South.
From Lawrence Expressway go East on Lochinvar,
turn left at the stop sign at Bing, and turn right on Brookdale. It will be on your right.
From Homestead, go right on Pomeroy and left on Brookdale - it will be on your left.

La Palmas Dog Park
Near El Camino Real & Mathilda
This is a good-sized dog park, completely fenced, with a water spigot,
bulletin board, trees, benches, garbage cans, and doggy bags.

Watson Dog Park
Near Jackson & 22nd in San Jose
About 1.25 acres with a black chain-link fence, including more
then 10 trees. The dual-gate entry leads into an area for small dogs, and an
entry into a large dog area. The grounds are all grass. There are picnic tables
and benches for dog owners. There is a water fountain for dogs.
